This podcast was created from real life, real growth, and real conversations between a young mom and her teenage daughter who are learning how to understand each other while breaking cycles that didn’t serve them growing up.

Jess became a mom at 17 and is still figuring things out as she goes. Abby is 15 and navigating life, emotions, friendships, and family from a completely different perspective. Together, they’re opening the door to conversations that a lot of families struggle to have out loud.

This podcast is about the moments that aren’t always easy to talk about: trust, boundaries, growing up, parenting, social media, family dynamics, and learning how to show up for each other even when it’s uncomfortable.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about being honest.
It’s about learning together.
